Just FYI, as I sat with Ian while he ate Mac n' cheese for the first time ( which he loved...he hummed, "mmmmm" with each fistful he stuffed in his mouth and clapped several times) I noticed his eyes aren't actually brown like I thought they had changed to. They are actually quite a light grayish green! What a fun surprise!

Little Ian James - 2 weeks oldSometimes I think this boy will be raised by 2 mommies...Total and complete exhaustion.First time Mimi held Ian!Kris' 2 week paternity leave was heaven sent.  He kept the kids so happy so I could recover.  I wish we had Mr. Darcy's 10,000 pounds a year (or what ever it was) and could live the life of Victorian snobbery and not work.  We'd snub our noses and jobs.

Here we are at Ian's 2-week check up.
